FAQ
To secure your booking, simply select your dates and add your items to the cart. Once you submit your request with your contact details, our team will verify availability and send a formal invoice. Your booking is officially confirmed once the security deposit is paid; this deposit is fully refunded via e-transfer after your event, provided items are returned on time and undamaged.
Please keep in mind that our standard rental period is 48 hours (from pickup to drop-off). While you are welcome to handle transport, we also offer professional delivery and pickup services for an additional fee based on your location and order size. You will receive a final confirmation email once your reservation is complete!
